BlackBerry unveiled Q5, priced at Rs. 24990

BlackBerry has unveiled much-awaited BlackBerry Q5 handset in India today. The smartphone is priced at 24990.Unveiled in May, the BlackBerry Q5 is BlackBerry’s third smartphone to run the new BlackBerry 10 system. The Q5 has a 3.1-inch LCD display, while the Q10 is 3.1 inches LED.

Speaking on the occasion Sunil Lalvani Managing Director of Blackberry Said “The Blackberry Q5 smartphone has a stunning youthful design that comes in exciting color, and offers the full cutting edge black berry 10 functionality as well as access to the growing catalog of blackberry 10apps.With its physical Qwerty keyword and touchscreen,it gives customers the best of both worlds”

The Q5 differs only slightly from the Q10. Both have 2GB of RAM, though the Q5 has only 8GB of flash memory compared to 16GB for the Q10.
