FITAG forms new committee

Gujarat IT association Federation of Information Technology Association of Gujarat (FITAG) has recently formed a new body to nurture new talents and sensibilities within the organization. The new committee was formed to strengthen the five basic values of FITAG including flourishing, knowledge, networking, strength and protection.

It was an exhilarating moment for the members of FITAG as the new committee was formed recently to strengthen their five point agendas. An umbrella body of all the local IT association of Gujarat, FITAG has been functional on various agendas since 2008.

The new committee comprises Gaurang Vyas as President who replaces Yogesh Thakkar. Mitesh Dave will serve as new Vice President, Sejal Patel and Ricky Sharma will hold the position of General Secretaries, Pranav Parikh as Joint secretary, Deepal Shah, Treasurer, Dharmendra Joshi, Joint Treasurer and Dipen Bhatt, Media Advisor.

Bhanu Soni, Kekin Ganatra, Bhavesh Dave, Amit Shah and Nilesh Bhatt are the executive members of FITAG. Kaushik Pandya and Narendra Bhetaria form the advisory committee.

Strengthening on the five point agenda of FITAG, Vyas informs, “We will be focusing on the core values of the association and will continue to support the local associations.” He declared the forthcoming events like convention, award ceremony and cricket tournament will be organized. Besides this regular technical sessions will also be organize for each association.

The first ever IT show, a one of its kind events to be held on August 24-25, will be organized by Gandhidham IT association. Vyas informs, “This is one of its kind events happening in the city and we will be supporting the event in full swing.”
