What are the challenges do you face while applying the solutions?
Technically the team is highly competent to implement and commission all the mentioned solutions, however at times the poor backend support received from some of the OEM’s becomes an issue to maintain response time with customers. OEM’s need to improve on their resources available at the backend for post sales support so in case our engineers are referring them regarding certain incidents which are unresolved we expect a certain response time since clients in certain verticals treat all incidents with high severity and expect faster response time.
How do you overcome the challenges?
Currently we have a training calendar that is followed religiously by the team to have sufficient number of technical resources in-house without much dependency on OEM’s resources. Also Platinum Services of OEM’s too are recommended for large deals since faster response time and dedicated TAM’s are committed here to ensure better customer experience.
