Kirubakaran, Country Manager, Intelliverse Telecom Pvt Ltd. speaks to Kalpana Singhal about the company’s focus on extending the cloud telephony services portfolio targeting the SMB to enterprise to partners. Kirubakaran believes that Cloud is the buzz word of the era and helps in simplifying the organisations infrastructure and reduces cost of the company.

1. How do you define your focus at present?

Our current focus is to extend the Intelliverse robust and comprehensive Cloud Telephony Services portfolio to customers in the Indian market – spanning SMB to enterprise and partners. We would focus on extending our solution that helps simplify organizations communications infrastructure and reduce costs with high-performance, scalable, security-rich cloud based platform.

2. How is cloud evolving as a great way to enable many things for the enterprise? How are you positioning towards a greater cloud play?

Cloud is helping simplify the organizations infrastructure and reduce costs with high-performance secure and scalable solutions. This is also helping accelerate the complex deployments of communications infrastructure with fast access and quick turnaround time. Our extensive broad range of cloud solutions offers enterprises customization of the application platform that’s built to meet extended functionality and customer’s unique requirements.

Our extensive range of solutions addresses all areas of business communications; including Cloud Telephony Solutions, Social media management, Contact centers and lead qualification. Intelliverse has been delivering reliable, scalable and flexible services for close to three decades.

To address the Contact Centre solutions market, Intelliverse’ cloud Telephony platform offers IVR, ACD, CTI, Agent Desktop, UC (Unified Communications), Conferencing and many more advanced features into one solution resulting in a value-driven solution that performs like a custom communications package at an affordable prices.

3. How do you define your go to market strategy in India?

India is a key market and we see an exponential growth in the cloud space here. Channel partners are important to us and we are keen on engaging with them and looking at partners with the required domain knowledge.

We will be reaching out to our audience through our partners, creating brand visibility through road shows and seminars and showcase our portfolio and solutions designed around clients business challenges across all verticals.

4. What kind of role does channel play for your operations?

We encourage our partners and work with them closely and help them evolve better in handling technology requirements coming from the enterprise segment. We provide necessary training & education and equip them with required tools and strategy. We also ensure that our product line is complimented with the right support strategy.

5. How important is the channel partner community for you?

The channel partner community is important to us since we believe in engaging and empowering them so that they will help us focus on expanding our customer base and growing revenue. We will offer them complete support, resources and rewards to help gain a competitive advantage. We understand and respect our relationship with channel partners and offer necessary supportive measures and leverage their core competencies.

6. Kind of verticals are you targeting? And what kind of growth are you looking at?

Our strength lies in our ability to understand the market requirement and work towards bringing the required solutions closer to the customer. The verticals we will be targeting are: SMEs across all segments, IT / ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail & Hospitality.

7. How will this growth happen?

With a quick turnaround time, customer centric approach, aggressive pricing and excellent support along with our partners capabilities we are well positioned to offer a compelling customer experience.
