cloudmantraTM Join Hands with Webroot to Offer Cloud-based Endpoint Protection

cloudmantra, a leading provider of 24×7, cloud-based technical support services, today announced a partnership with US-based Webroot, a leader in cloud-based security intelligence solutions. Through this agreement, cloudmantra will offer Webroot’s award-winning SecureAnywhere solutions to their consumer and business customers, and provide a new, online diagnostic tool to visitors of their website.

This agreement significantly strengthens cloudmantra’s security offering by providing Webroot® System Analyzer tool to its website visitors at absolutely no cost. Webroot System Analyzer quickly scans systems for security risks and other problems that could affect the performance and stability of a system, personal computer or laptop.

“Webroot’s cloud-based protection and fast scan times are far more superior to the other security technologies we considered, and it has received expansive recommendation from customers, press, and partners around the world,” said Nilesh More, founder and CEO of cloudmantra.

“With India’s internet security and anti-virus market expected to exceed Rs 9,000 crores annually, our partnership with Webroot will provide great value to our customers through improved protection against malware, superior system performance, and enable our technicians to identify and solve security issues more efficiently”, he added.

“Through the use of System Analyzer, cloudmantra customers can easily and quickly scan their systems to identify potential issues and common sources of problems and security risks. Combined with cloudmantra technical support services, we believe this is a great comprehensive solution”, said Crispin Kerr, Managing Director of Webroot Asia-Pacific.
