Rajeev Mittal quits Avaya India

According to the sources, it has been confirmed that Rajeev Mittal, Telecom industry veteran and Managing Director, India and SAARC, Avaya India has stepped down from his post recently. Mittal was appointed in 2012 and in his two years of tenure with Avaya he accelerated the business of the company.

Under his able leadership, he brought tremendous managerial skills to Avaya India.

Before joining Avaya, Mittal was the General Manager – Small and Mid Market Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) for Microsoft India and was responsible for expanding the company’s business in the mid-market segment. Prior to that, he worked in senior positions for companies such as Oracle, IBM and Wipro Technologies.

A B.Com (Hons) graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and MMS, Marketing from Banaras Hindu University, Mittal carries 25 years of professional experience with him.
