Excerpts from interview….

What is the present focus of umbrella Infocare?

The present focus is on cloud solutions and we have tied up with Amazon Web services as their consulting partner. For mobility we have a product called Zen Mobile from Citrix. Third alliance is in a talent management tech model product. Zen mobile is definitely our first focus product on mobility. Our expertise lies in consulting and migrating customers to cloud and creating a roadmap for them.

What are your solutions on offer?

We have complete offering on mobility, desktop virtualization, Managed services, cloud solutions, cloud migration and Enterprise mobility (BYOD).

Which verticals you are targeting with your solutions?

Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, ITeS, Telcos, law firms, services, etc. In mobility we are targeting the technology dependent company and the number of applications they want to develop on devices.

What are the challenges you face?

Initially when we started in 2012 people were not aware of the offerings. Whenever a new technology comes in the market so we need to go and explain it. There was no push. We had to create the market for us. We use to visit the customer, follow up with them, and take references from them. So, these are the challenges that we face in the initial stage of our business.

Lack of knowledge among customers is also a challenge while deploying the solutions at the customer’s site. The customer doesn’t know himself what solutions and applications he will require to run his business.

How are you overcoming these challenges?

What we have learned with experience, we are now ready with the answers and before deploying our solutions we study the customer business and offer them the solutions suitable for his business. We have now the case studies to show to our customer.

What is your go to market strategy?

Enterprise is the focus for us now. We are doing one on one meeting with the enterprise and creating awareness about our offerings by organising events with the OEMs, networking with CIOs etc.

Which are the cities you have your presence?

We are targeting Delhi/NCR but also getting enquiries from South and upcountry regions. We have deployed our solutions in Udaipur, Chennai, and are slowly targeting other parts of the country. In upcountry we are focusing on Punjab and Jalandhar. North, West and South we will penetrate in next two years.

Where is the growth coming from?

The growth is coming from cloud and mobility solutions. Last year we have grown from 0 to INR 1.5 crore and this year we are targeting INR 4 crore. Growth from cloud solutions is increasing after we joined hands with AWS. For us the growth is coming from manufacturing, BFSI, services, ITeS.
