What is the present focus of E-soft Solutions?
We are a product specialist giving services of Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, Trend Micro for last 10 years. We are also offering security products and UTM from Symantec, Checkpoint, Watchguard. For storage products we are associated with EMC and IBM. As now the trend is all about Social Media, Mobility, Application and Cloud therefore, even we are focusing on the cloud business now. We want to work as a cloud specialist for Northern India which is the main focus of our company. We want to expand our reach across North and South India.
What are the solutions you offer in cloud business?
We are associated with Microsoft as a gold partner and are providing office 365, sharepoint. We are providing our services in this area and people liked these solutions as they are changing their business model. We are targeting SMB segment with our solutions and sees huge potential in the segment. Microsoft is aggressive in taking Office 365, Sharepoint to SMB segment.
In which verticals do you see the growth?
We are seeing major potential in manufacturing, automobiles, hospitals, education. The potential verticals for us are hospitals, education and retail segment where we are seeing maximum growth.
What are the challenges you are facing and how do you overcome them?
Operational cost is growing day by day, bottom line is shrinking, more of capital investment, customer is moving forward. Our investment is increasing day by day and the returns on investment are low. So to overcome the challenges we are strengthening ourselves and looking into different horizons while focusing on the same customer with all kind of solutions they need.
Do you see potential in tier two and three cities?
Tier one cities are almost saturated because most of the corporate customers are saturated with solutions in the area where we are offering our solutions. So tier 2 and 3 cities are actually gaining more attention because IT is the only area where there scope for revenue and I feel these are the cities where one can see lot of potential. Therefore, currently we are targeting Eastern India, MP, Chattisgarh, Orissa, UP & Bihar.
