Socomec India Integrates All Four Business Applications

The Chennai-based Socomec Innovative Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has announced integration of all four business applications under its name to improve organization efficiency, to accelerate its growth in India, and for holistic developments. France based Socomec Group has two entities in India. Socomec India Pvt. Ltd., (SIPL) headquartered in Gurgaon with manufacturing facility, Sales, Marketing and back office support for Energy Efficiency (EE), Power control and safety (PCS) business applications.

The other company Socomec Innovative Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SIPSPL) head quartered in Chennai promoting Critical Power (CP) and Solar Power (SP) business applications.

Effective from 1st September 2014 under the leadership of Mr. Olivier Tremouille, Managing Director all four business applications brought under SIPSPL. The transition started happening slowly early this year moving PCS & EE sales team to SIPSPL. Later to the departure of Mr. Marc Klein who was incharge of Marketing & Sales operations in PCS & EE to oversee other Socomec subsidiary, all Sales support, Service, Marketing, Finance and HR functions were integrated and brought under one roof.

The factory located in Gurgaon vicinity will continue to operate in the name of Socomec India Pvt. Ltd. Currently it is manufacturing wide range of Load break switches, Manual

changeover switches, Motorized changeover switches, Automatic Changeover Switches,

Multifunction Meters and Delphys MP Elite UPS for Indian market needs.

Speaking on the announcement, Mr. Olivier Tremouille said,”the integration of our two different entities will further develop Socomec activities in the professional field by
