Saurabh Grover the newly appointed country head at Rapoo has joined the company with a vision to strengthen, consolidate early gains and grow business further in India and SAARC, Middle East and Africa. All focused to add value to Rapoo business, Grover is looking forward to take brand to top position in digital lifestyle consumer segment in India.
Carrying an experience of 18 years in the consumer and IT space while handling sales and marketing function with various companies, he is all set for the new innings with Rapoo.
“For the first four months we will be putting more efforts on streamlining the India operations and post that the focus will be on the foreign markets. Therefore, the key focus will be on India and SAARC markets till December 2014. We have a team of around 15 people currently and distributors in place but the streamlining of the distributors is yet to happen by this year end,” he informs.
Carrying a significant experience in leading sales organizations, developing businesses, building distributor networks and relationships, streamlining and improving operations/ working capital, negotiating substantial partnerships and deals, Saurabh has aggressive plans to make Rapoo presence felt in non metro cities.
On the product side, presently brand is focusing majorly on four products in the wireless category Wireless mouse, Keyboards, Headphones & Speakers, that are the best seller products and Rapoo is constantly launching new range in these categories.
