Infiniti Power focuses on AV Infra solutions for MNCs

Having incepted his company in 1998, Anil Saxena, CEO, Infiniti Power started the company with IT infrastructure solutions in the area of Clan Power and Network Cabling Solutions with Key OEM relationships including Tata Liebert, AT&T and Cisco.Anil-Saxena-(2) It was difficult days for Anil to succeed in business as customers had limited budgets and feeble technology orientation in the networking space arena. There was whole lot of concept selling and solution building was required to convince the customers and there were fewer customers who were willing to give premium for differentiated service quality.

Despite all odds, today Anil has managed to create a niche for his company in the networking arena and through his dedication and hard work, the company has reached to INR 250 Million in 2013-14 from an initial investment of INR 2.5Million. Excerpts from the interview….

What is the present focus of the company?

Our legal (ROC registered) entity is called Infiniti Power Private Limited. We have three SBUs namely Wireworks, AVANTIVA and Infiniti Power focusing on Networking, AV Systems Integration and Power Solutions & Thermal IR & Power Quality Audits respectively for corporate customers. Our focus is to offer best-in-class IT-AV infrastructure solutions to global MNC customers with world-class quality and compliant to global best practices and standards.

What are the potential verticals for your business?

Our potential verticals include BFSI, IT&ITES, Consulting and Manufacturing.

How do you approach the verticals?

We work closely with our customers through our team of direct marketing managers, Architects, Project Management Companies and Domain Consultants who help us reach the target customers.

What are your expansion plans?

We have national presence and are looking at enhancing our penetration in Digital AV Systems Integration and reach in key and high potential territories. We expect SEZs to gain momentum and increased FDI/FII investments shall mean strong need for high quality real-estate and modern IT & AV Infrastructure.

What are the challenges you face and how do you overcome them?

Diversity of taxation, lack of GST implementation, fluctuating currency, congestion in ports, high costs of working capital and shortage of industry skilled manpower are some of the areas of concerns. We have our own team of professionals and empanelled consultants who help us overcome some of these issues by better planning and close monitoring. We have invested in our HR processes to create our pool of trained resources.

What is your turnover for 2013-14 and what do you expect in FY 2014-15?

INR 250 Million in 2013-14 (excludes direct billings from our principals OEMs and our Singapore Subsidiary Wireworks Singapore Pte Ltd) . We are expecting a growth of about 25-30% in our businesses this year and hope to achieve over INR 350 Million in 2014-15.

Where is the growth coming for your business?

Our growth is coming from IT/ITES and BFSI verticals and Audio Visual Solutions, Digital Signage, Videowalls and large campus projects.
