WD organizes meet and greet with Happy New Year starcast

WD, a Western Digital company and a leader in connected storage solutions organized a meet and greet with the stars of Happy New Year for its top most partners and winners of the My Passport Ultra Mania contest run by WD and Subroto Das, Director, India and South Asia, WD.

Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, AbhishekBachchan, SonuSood, BomanIrani, and Vivaan Shah presented WD’s personal cloud solution, My Cloud, in 2TB capacity. Shah Rukh Khan announced “On behalf of Red Chillies and all the work that we have done, it’s a very heavily worked film at VFX and I think one of the prerequisites for being able to make a film like this is to have storage which is trustworthy and provides huge amounts of terabytes and stuff. Thank you WD for partnering with us.” Partners and winners of the Ultra Mania contest were also given an opportunity to meet and greet with the star cast.

As part of this association, WD provided the production house with some of its key storage products. These products have been used by Red Chillies for the on-spot storage of shoot footage and in its studio for editing, post-production, and storing world-class special effects. WD products will also be featured in the narrative of the movie.
