Systematix Technologies rides on services and solution business

Systematix Technologies was formed in 1996 with a focus on services and gradually updated and migrated to sales. With the initial investment of Rs. 10 lakh, Akhilesh Khandelwal, Director, Systematix Technologies had to face competition from bigger companies at the starting of his business. With continuous persuasion, happy handshakes, 24×7 availability has created a confidence among the users for Systematix Technologies. In a tete-a-tete with Bhawna Satsangi, Akhilesh informs about the strategies he has developed to bring growth in the company.

 

What is the present focus of the company?

We are a leading name in services, third party maintenance, development in networking, integration of technology, cloud, data centers, video surveillance, IT camera and security solutions. We have been focusing on these technologies and leveraging opportunities with our solutions.

What are the solutions you are offering?

We are giving support services, Microsoft licenses, HP servers, networking and related products, power conditioning solution, and data center solution.

With which vendors are you working?

We are working with HP, Microsoft, Schneider, Cisco, and Lenovo. Most of our business comes from HP and Microsoft.

Which are the potential verticals?

We are seeing potential in Corporate and SME, manufacturing, education, pharma, and government segments. We get almost 70% business from corporate and manufacturing, 10% from education, 10% from government, and 10% from rest of the verticals.

What is your approach to these verticals?

We have our center for advance technology so it’s a big account and we visit them regularly and share information while addressing to the requirements. We also educate them with OEMs and give product presentation and suggest solution based on requirement in education sector.

What are your core competencies?

We are expert in support services in integration. We have engineers who design solution for data center. Retention of manpower is our core competency.

What opportunities do you see for your business?

We see support and services solution to exist in times to come so we are seeing opportunities in these two sectors. We are also looking forward to align with the metro partners and serving their M.P. customers. Basically we would like to do sub-contracting with the companies from metro cities and want those companies to outsource their services through us.

Where is the growth coming from?

The growth is coming from services and solution business. We are also looking for geographic expansion in Maharashtra and Gujarat as we see lot of demand for our business. Our revenue for last fiscal was Rs.2.25 crore and we are targeting Rs.3 crore revenue for next fiscal.

What are your go to market strategies?

Our strategy is to maintain good standard of services, keep connected with the customers, update ourself with new technologies, collaborate with national partners for services and solutions, to be a good communicator with customers and be cool while dealing with customers.
