A small town Solution Provider, Secret Mantra had never thought of catering to a geography like Delhi which is already housed with many advanced technology solutions. Yet with her sheer hard work and dedication, Rashmi Manchanda, Director, Secret Mantra spread her wings and had opened a showroom in Delhi to cater to the home solution market with an extensive offering from the house of Ozone.
Secret Mantra was launched in March 2005 in Guwahati and was the sole distributor of Robinson Technology from Kolkata. The company had started offering Biometric Solutions in North East region and since the concept was very new to people, it was difficult to make people understand about the utility of the products. Biometric solutions were very popular in western countries but it was a very new and raw concept in India.
The investment was quite high and we invested 25-30 lakhs at that time. In 2007 we came across the company Ozone and partnered with them and were appointed as the sole distributor of North East. The capital of the company grew when it joined hands with Ozone. “Today Ozone is a 300 crore company and I have been given the sole distributorship of North East and Delhi to expand the business of Ozone in the two geographies,” says Rashmi.
The company is the sole distributor in North East and Delhi for the home solution and looking forward to expand its horizon in the city while opening up more showrooms in Delhi and NCR region as their future plans. Having been one of the old partners with Ozone the company has been given the opportunity to cater Delhi region.
“It was a dream for me to expand our avenues and when you have to cater to geography like Delhi it is a big responsibility. Finally today by the grace of god we have been appointed as the sole distributor of all of their products and it is a great achievement for Secret Mantra.”
The company has its presence in Meghalya, Sikkim, Manipur, Guwahiti, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, and Mizoram and is offering the solution in all the regions along with Delhi and NCR. All the products have a five year warranty and the service support is very strong of Ozone. “We give services to the remotest areas of North East, which is why we have been regarded as one of the best distributors in the region. in a place like North East it is difficult to reach to remote areas but with the help of Ozone we have overcome this barrier thus creating a niche for ourselves,” informs Rashmi.
Secret Mantra has a plethora of services to offer and will be launching a three-storey showroom in Manipur in February, 2015 with all the in housed products from Ozone. It will be one of its kind concept showrooms which will help us to grow leaps and bounds. Secret Mantra has been doing business at the government and army level from quite a long time in North East and with the focused strategy the company will be offering best of services to the customers in North East.
The company offers electronic safe series in a price band of Rs. 500 to Rs. 3 Lakhs, Home utility products like ladders and stools, sensor dustbins to compartment dustbins to planters, ironing board, motorized clothes drying stand, motorized curtain and blind system, and multipurpose racks.
