HCL Learning partnerswith Ricoh India for Smart Class Solutions

HCL Learning, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems, today announced a strategic partnership with Ricoh India, to support their digital smart class solution ‘ClassTech’. HCL said in a press release, ClassTechis a state-of-the-art solution powered by HCL Learning’s flagship product ‘DigiSchool’, an, interactive and comprehensive content solution for the K12 segment.

HCL Learning’s DigiSchool solution comes with multimedia tools such as readymade assessments, question banks etc. that create a participative instructor-led learning experience. This experience is further enhanced by Ricoh’s ClassTech digital classroom, whichprovides students an opportunity to not just learn in accordance with their curriculum but also enhances their computer proficiency, the press release claimed.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Manoj Kumar, Executive Vice President and CEO, Ricoh said, “Ricoh ClassTech powered by HCL Learning’s DigiSchool solution promises to help students in better concept formation, concept elaboration and academic achievement.Ricoh is excited to collaborate with HCL Learning and we look forward to partnering with more educational institutes in the region and in the country.”

Speaking on the partnership, AnandSundaresan, Head – HCL Learning said, “Digischool is currently deployed across 3,500 schools in India and abroad. We are very excited to start a relationship with Ricoh as it presents us with an opportunity to create long term value in the K-12 education segment and increase our reach across markets.“
