Dell, stands at Number 8, in a ranking published by The Brand Trust Report, India Study of 2015 that compares ‘trust’ held in brands by consumers. This ranking includes non-technology companies too, including auto and FMCG. Between technology brands, Dell stands as the most trusted brand in India.

Chandramouli, CEO, TRA, said on the occasion of the report’s launch, “Brand Dell has seen a rather remarkable growth in trust emerging as the 8th Most Trusted Brand, making a leap of 46 ranks this year. Dell has also emerged victorious in the highly competitive technology landscape, highlighting its close relationship with the brand’s customers, its key stakeholders.”
According to Ritu Gupta, Director, Marketing- Consumer & Small Businesses, Dell India, “In the last year, we have built 400+ Dell Exclusive Stores, increased our customer services to 30000 pin codes, launched innovations for Indian consumers such as the intuitive touch interface in notebooks, more compact and versatile form factors; all in the bid to become a more approachable, and accessible brand.”
