Canon India Pvt. Ltd, introduced the new “MF 200” range of business laser multi-function printers (MFPs) designed for offices. The new Laser MFDs – MF 221D, MF 217W, MF 226dn and MF 229dw – come with productivity and convenience features, some of them made by Canon especially for the Indian users. Ultra-Fast Rendering (UFR-LT2) for instance, optimises printer and desktop data processing; Indian Legal Duplexing helps print on customized media dimensions; On-Demand Fixing Technology regulates power consumption. The MF 200 series will address customer requirements like low cost per page with the bundled toner cartridge delivering up to 1,700 pages.

Canon will be launching new dedicated Partnership programs for VARs and SIs namely Canon Corporate Reseller Program (CCR) and Office Cartridge Reseller Program (OCR) to target the B2B markets. With their help, Canon will be focusing on cities namely Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh for the MF 200 series.

MF 217W: offers Fax, wireless (AirPrint) and network printing. The printer is Mopria-certified and simplifies printing from mobile. The printer is equipped with 3 in 1 Indian Legal Duplex printing and can print on customized media dimensions. The printer offers touch and scroll 6’ line animated display, equipped with ‘fuel indicator’ and can stack up to 251 pages. The printer is equipped with 256MB printer-built-in memory.
MF 226dn: is a high performance work group printer offering fax, print, scan and copy with ADF network. The printer offers 3 in 1 Indian Legal Duplex printing with wireless (AirPrint) and network printing and can print on 8.5” X 13.8” customized media dimensions. The printer offers touch and scroll 6’ line animated display, equipped with fuel indicator and can stack up to 251 pages. It has 128MB printer-built-in memory.
MF 229dw: High Performance Printer with FAX, DADF and Wi-Fi network. The printer offers 3 in 1 Indian Legal Duplex printing and can print on 8.5” X 13.8” customized media dimensions. The printer offers touch and scroll 6’ line animated display, equipped with fuel indicator and can stack up to 251 pages. The printer is equipped with 128MB printer-built-in memory.
