Rashi Peripherals successfully concluded a two days“Proud to be a DIYPC champion” program along with vendors Asus, Crucial by Micron, Intel and Toshiba. The aim of the conclave was to train the champions on improving the market share and upselling components such as CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Hard Drive, and Graphics card in the current stagnant market conditions. Over 60 ‘champions’ were flown in from over the country to attend the conclave. The blueprint of the conclave was to familiarize with the advantages of owning a DIY PC. Performance coupled with flexibility with a competitive price tag makes DIY PC a sound choice for the Indian consumers. The conclaves intention was to not only train but also motivate the Champions to “Up Sell” various components that go in a DIY PC. “The word in the market is that the DIY PC business has stagnated, but Rashi continues to grow year over year. The DIY business has been the backbone in achieving consistent growth over the years. This growth would not be possible if the DIY business was shrinking. One cannot have a healthy tree with weak roots, thus Rashis growth is a testimonial of the same ” said Alok Choudhary, Group Business Manager – Component Division, Rashi Peripherals.
