Mindtree partners with Mölnlycke Health Care for SAP Application Management

Mindtree today announced that it has been selected by Mölnlycke Health Care, a world-leading provider of single-use surgical and wound care solutions, to enhance business efficiency using the SAP application suite. This will help Mölnlycke Health Care optimize the time to market of its products.

Mindtree will help drive strategic transformational programs for Mölnlycke by implementing lean IT practices to further improve efficiencies. The program spans across 32 countries and 7,500 employees of Mölnlycke, creating a strong and uniform IT governance structure resulting in enhanced visibility across all departments.  As part of this engagement, Mindtree will develop and manage several SAP modules ranging from advanced planning and optimization, material management, sales, distribution to finance. Mindtree will also focus on standardizing workflows and streamlining operational processes, leading to constant innovation, cost effective delivery and flexible solutions.
