Airtel honoured at the prestigious TM Forum Digital World Awards

Airtel’s innovative digitization project for its India sales & distribution network won the award in the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Improved Business Agility’ category

Bharti Airtel (“Airtel”), India’s largest telecommunications services provider, has won the prestigious TM Forum’s Digital World Award 2016 in the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Improving Business Agility’ category.

Airtel has been lauded for building a series of digital business bharti-Airtelcapabilities including segmented and contextual offers for customers that helped create significant business and revenue opportunities. This also includes, the company’s mobile applications for retailers to provide them with real-time data to improve customer support and NPS; and applications for the sales force to measure and improve performance.
