The objective of the event was to honour outstanding work by the Channel Partner Leaders in the Gujarat region. Through this gathering Techplus media provided a platform to bring together stakeholders from Gujarat technology community to focus on the digital wave in Gujarat region, the role of channel partners as change agents in digital transformation and how they will provide the framework to improve partner ecosystem. Anuj Singhal, Managing Director, Techplus Media shared insights in his key note on the core of channel business. He said, “Channel partners need to stick to the core DNA of system integration. Partners need to provide full stack solution that consists of multiple products & services and which is not merely a portfolio of products, but also integrated with each other at the data layer so that the customer experience is preserved across the different products and services.
