AI use in software development is still in its infancy, and autonomy level is much lower than seen in areas which are more evolved such as self-driving systems or voice-assisted control, Though it is still driving ahead towards autonomous testing. The AI application in software testing tools is focused more on making the development lifecycle of software easier. With the help of the application of reasoning, problem solving, and, sometimes machine learning, AI can be used in order to help automate and reduce the amount of tiresome and tedious tasks in terms of development and testing. AI shines in software development when it is applied on removing those limitations, to enable tools of software test automation to provide even more value to testers and developers. The main value of AI comes from lessening the direct involvement of the tester or developer in the most mundane tasks.
