Netweb targets any industry in specific regions through SenzIt and Cubicle | Ritu Gosai

We deliver three key services to our clients. One is artificial intelligence driven business solutions; we provide product development sustenance services, and we also build enterprise mobile applications. We have two key products, SenzIt and Cubicle.

SenzIt is an AI based product which determines the sentiments of customers. It protects the customer’s sentiments about whether they like the product or not, are they neutral about the whole services of the product being offered. This is a new concept in the market and we are very excited to work on it. We are looking for good prospects and in a platform like GESIA we are trying to meet many people and it is good to see how their interest is being generated in our product.

Our other product is Cubicle which works on space management and it is for organisations which have more than 500 employees and multiple locations across the globe. This product basically helps you in allocating seats to your employees and also in smooth and easy internal transfers. It also helps you in understanding the cost that is associated with each desk and gives you a real time view of your floor plans. It makes easy for you to plan any kind of movement in employee desk management.

Our products and services are basically built with concepts and technologies that are emerging and something that we know the enterprises are actually looking for. We ensure that our products and services are highly automated and that definitely helps the organisations in narrowing down their operational costs and concentrating more towards getting strategies into places and generating more trade of returns.

Our go-to-marketing strategy is to be always present globally and one of the key marketing strategies that we have is to be present in exhibitions like this where we get global as well as national exposure, where we meet  lot of prospects and clients and other business associates who show lots of interest in our product and services.

Our key focus areas will be on artificial intelligence and we would like to rigorously promote our products based on AI and we will obviously build our marketing strategies in and around those areas. That will be our focus for the coming 18-24 months and then gradually, we also want to step into automation and introduce our line of automated services.

Our journey till now has been tremendous. It has been very beautiful and challenging but we have really enjoyed it. It’s good to see that how with our team we our reaching new levels, new heights and adapting to new technologies, and building products which are new and very fresh. Our customer base is mostly in the US and UK. Our customer base is in multiple domains wherein we are catering to organisations which are into intelligence trafficking transport, e- businesses, e-commerce and daily management products. We cater to, anybody who is looking for a dynamic, agile software solution which can help them cater to their needs. We have a particular region target but we are not limited to any industry. We cater to many industries but if we talk about regions, then we are always looking for clients in United States, in the UK, in UAE, Australia and Singapore.
