What is the USP of your company?
When I say Risabh, it’s twenty year old company. When we have started our operations into Vadodra with few employees, it was a first IT company in Gujarat we’re basically a customer service solution company we are not into product but yes we provide solutions, we work on various projects. We are working on different technologies like AI, AWS, Java, .Net
What are the products and services of your company?
We are basically into a service industry. So we do provide all kinds of services when it comes to a product development, when it comes to product maintainance or end to end product service. That is what we are into. The solutions could be anything, it completely depends on the customer requirement or the customer projects.
What are the benefits customers receive from your organization?
When it comes to service industry, nowadays if you see the people have more comfort to book a ticket online so what they do. They go for an application that let’s go and check the tickets are available or not. It is more of a user friendly companies go for user friendly apps. That is where Risabh Software comes into picture where we facilitate customers as well as the end users to meet their expectations.
What is the go-to-market of your company?
We have certain values what we believe in, if you be into our website or premises you will see that for us our employee comes first. Customize something we have our own set-up of work, the way we see the way we operate that’s completely open house set up. So we give comfort to the employees when our employees are comfortable, they’ll ensure that the end to end customers are also happy. So, for us to ensure that our customers are happy we need to be with them we need to be around them irrespective of anything.
What is the vision for 2020?
As of now, the way earlier it was when there was computers the technology used to change within three-five years it used to take a lot. But nowadays, the technology is changing day in day out. Everyday or every month there are some changes, so we ensure that our employees are skilled. We work on their skill enhancement, we have started a project called rise. Where we train people on the practical aspect of the organization, we give them the corporate lookout so that when they go out and join any of the organization they don’t feel that they haven’t worked for corporate, they haven’t seen corporate may be the confidence that is something we have built up on.
What is growth like for you?
We are growing 20% at the current stage but as of now our employees strength is 500 and we want to reach at 1000+ that too by the next financial year. We want to see 1000+ employees by 2020-21 for that we need to work hard, we have to be focused, we need to ensure that existing employees stay with us for a longer period of time and we keep on getting continuous projects.
