Tech Mahindra Collaborates with Nokia to Enhance Global 5G Wireless Adoption

Tech Mahindra, a supplier of digital transformation, consultancy, and business re-engineering services and solutions, has signed a collaboration with Nokia to enhance the worldwide adoption of 5G private wireless.

The collaboration will strengthen Tech Mahindra and Nokia’s existing strong connection. Tech Mahindra will utilize Nokia’s private wireless DAC solution to help customers across industries automate 5G Private Wireless network management on the cloud (managed as a service model).

Tech Mahindra’s industry knowledge to provide specialized services to customers, 5G enterprise solutions capabilities such as Factory.NXT and Mining.NXT, and domain expertise in planning, designing, deploying, and managing private wireless networks for enterprises, when combined with Nokia’s flagship offering for Private Wireless Networks – Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (DAC), will benefit enterprise customers and accelerate the adoption of transformative network technology. This will enable end-to-end IT/OT transformation for customers in industries and sectors such as Manufacturing, Transportation, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Smart Agriculture, and Entertainment, among others, enabling enterprises to scale productivity, improve efficiency, and implement new revenue streams. Tech Mahindra’s Enterprise Network Services cover the entire network stack and support cutting-edge technologies to assist organizations in preparing for a comprehensive digital transformation, resulting in an always-on enterprise network.

Nokia DAC offers a reliable, secure, and high-performance private wireless network that is expandable to meet the demands of the customer. An industrial-grade digital automation service platform that offers edge computing, low latency 4.9G/LTE and 5G connectivity, and a range of apps for organizations and numerous sectors. It provides an easy-to-use self-service interface for network management chores, device and feature addition or remotion, real-time information on Nokia DAC manager with network and device status and utilization, as well as a radio network and edge cloud health. Through well-defined programming interfaces, Nokia DAC also enables access to various network management and operations solutions, as well as integration with third-party applications (APIs).
