During the 2022 APAC Virtual Partner Conference, Genesys honored its partners with multiple partnership excellence awards for their demonstrated achievement in enhancing and elevating the customer experience (CX) and delivering better business value to clients across the region. These awards were given to the partners in recognition of their dedication to quality, devotion to customer experience, and expansion of the Experience-as-a-Service market.
CS Infocomm Pvt Limited. was named the ‘India Partner of the Year,’ and Tata Communications Limited. was named the ‘APAC Disruptor Partner of the Year,’ based on the achievements of partners during the fiscal year 2022. During the fiscal year 2022, more than 70 percent of Genesys customers used the company’s public APIs to customize the customer experience to meet their unique needs. In the fiscal year Genesys had more than 50 percent of new bookings influenced by partners and an increase to the number of partners in the AppFoundry Marketplace by more than 35 percent year-over-year.
