Netcore Cloud Appoints Shilpa Tawte as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Netcore Cloud has appointed Shilpa Tawte as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Shilpa is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience overseeing numerous aspects of human resources. Her appointment will enhance Netcore Cloud’s global expansion and talent acquisition initiatives as the firm grows to over 1600 employees this year.

Shilpa joins Netcore Cloud from Global Cloud Xchange, where she served as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition and India HR. Shilpa will be responsible for identifying and retaining the right talent, developing organizational capacity, and driving systems and procedures that create a high-performance culture in her new role at Netcore Cloud.

Shilpa is an industry veteran who has worked on various global campaigns and assignments for Fortune 500 organizations such as GCX, Datamatics Global Services Ltd, Patni, Syntel Inc, and Mastek. Shilpa has also received several industry awards, including the Best in Class Leadership Award for Recruitment in 2012, the Women Super Achiever Award from the World Women Leadership Congress presented by Femina in 2022, and the Dr Tarita Shankar Award for Excellence in HR Sector for Making of Developed India by ET NOW in 2019 and the World HRD Congress in 2012.
