Vertiv Appoints Cheryl Lim as Chief Human Resources Officer

Vertiv has named Cheryl Lim the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Lim will report directly to CEO Rob Johnson and will be in charge of developing and implementing HR strategy to support Vertiv’s business objectives.

Lim has over two decades of experience leading human resources teams, assisting with organizational transformation, and providing data-driven insights for global HR operations in the manufacturing sector. Lim joined Vertiv after more than 20 years at Honeywell in various HR leadership roles, most recently as vice president of Human Resources at ITT Inc.

Lim graduated from the University of Leeds with a bachelor’s degree in German and management studies and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
