LTTS Wins 5-Year Deal from BMW Group in Infotainment Domain

L&T Technology Services Limited has announced that it has won a 5-year, multi-million-dollar contract from European luxury vehicle maker BMW Group to supply high-end engineering services for the company’s suite of infotainment consoles aimed at its hybrid vehicle family.

The significant agreement was granted to LTTS because of its strong domain understanding and engineering leadership in transportation technologies, as well as LTTS’ proven ability to offer unique chances to scale up existing projects and work on new ones. The LTTS engineering team will provide services in the areas of software build and integration, infotainment validation, and defect management.

LTTS already has a Near Shore Center that provides engineering and research and development services for the BMW Group’s suite of infotainment consoles and hybrid electric vehicle family. Because of the close proximity to the BMW Group campus, LTTS engineers will be able to work on a variety of solutions and provide services in real time.
