AdCount Technologies Acquires Posify to Expand its SAAS Offerings

SupplyNote has integrated Posify solutions through an acquisition deal signed by its parent company AdCount Technologies Pvt Ltd. This enables SupplyNote to retain all of Posify’s existing clients while also advancing its goal of increasing its client base over the next fiscal year.

SupplyNote, AdCount’s flagship product, assists F&B companies in digitizing their supply chain (inventory, warehouse, logistics and procurements). To obtain sales data for inventory automation, SupplyNote integrates with most POS platforms. SupplyNote acquires Posify’s intellectual property as well as the expertise of their skilled team through the merger of Posify solutions.

Kushang, Co-Founder and CEO, SupplyNote, said in a statement that SupplyNote is thrilled to have acquired Posify solutions in order to improve their technology offerings and assist clients in generating more revenue and growing their businesses. Because most establishments still use pen and paper to track and manage their inventory, the F&B industry is prone to massive losses due to inventory mismanagement. There is no digital record of consumption, which leads to human error. SupplyNote as a solution can assist businesses in lowering their operational costs while increasing profit margins by reducing losses caused by mismanagement.

Abhishek Verma Co-founder and COO, SupplyNote, said in a statement that SupplyNote is already integrated with the majority of the world’s POS systems and works well with them; however, they acquired Posify to further empower their SAAS offerings and convert it into a full suite. They capture order data to update inventory logs when they integrate with another POS solution. However, integrations have limitations, and they have no control over the point of sale experience, which some of their enterprise clients require. This acquisition will assist them in optimizing the point of sale experience because all of their data will be centralized and managed by a single system – SupplyNote. SupplyNote’s target market is organized HoReCa businesses, particularly chained cloud kitchens and QSRs, for whom SupplyNote’s offerings are extremely valuable. Having said that, any F&B business that requires supply chain services can benefit from their services.

SupplyNote, a company on a mission to digitize the food and beverage industry, connects retailers, service providers, and suppliers, allowing them to manage inventory, place orders, and uncover sales performance insights to help them grow their business. Posify is a POS system that assists F&B businesses in managing their front-end operations such as billing, order management, kitchen order display, delivery rider tracking, order aggregation from Zomato/Swiggy, etc., customer loyalty, marketing tools, and so on. Despite the fact that Posify and SupplyNote are currently independent products, any SupplyNote client can receive significant discounts on Posify subscriptions by contacting their customer relationship manager.
