Avaya Partners with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise

The next phase of Avaya and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s strategic partnership was announced at GITEX Global, allowing global enterprises to innovate more easily without the need for operationally disruptive technology replacement initiatives.

Building on their existing partnership, which sees ALE provide Avaya OneCloud CCaaS to their customers and Avaya provide ALE Digital Age Networking solutions to their clients, both companies are working on integrating their solutions to create unique market value propositions. This integration is critical for both ALE and Avaya customers to innovate and painlessly roll out an expanding, increasingly rich, and complementary set of capabilities from either company.
