Lenovo Delivers 10ᵗʰ Straight Quarter of Growth Year-On-Year

Lenovo has recorded revenue growth of 14 percent QoQ to $648 million across all its businesses in India in Q2 FY22-23. The company’s pocket-to-cloud architecture enabled it to drive synergies across business units and segments to deliver the 10th consecutive quarter of growth.

Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group and Services & Solutions Group delivered significant growth as it continued to build new capabilities as an end-to-end solutions organization for New IT. It saw great results with Motorola flagship launches in Q2 and observed robust growth in the core PC business as per Shailendra Katyal, Managing Director, Lenovo India.

The diversified growth engines continued to drive strong performance with both the solutions and services business, as well as the infrastructure business, seeing high double-digit YoY growth. Non-PC businesses now contribute over 37 percent of total group revenue. The Group’s R&D spending grew 15 percent YoY in the quarter.

The company sees long-term opportunities with New IT – client, edge, cloud, network, and intelligence – as the global trends of digitalization and intelligent transformation accelerate.
