Wipro Partners with ServiceNow to Drive Business Transformation and Innovation

Wipro has announced a significant five-year business partnership with ServiceNow, a renowned digital workflow platform. The collaboration aims to introduce new offerings that empower clients to overcome business challenges, achieve greater value, and drive business transformation.

 

Building upon their existing partnership, the agreement is expected to propel Wipro’s ambition of establishing a $1 billion business with ServiceNow by the end of 2026. Together, Wipro and ServiceNow will provide joint clients with comprehensive services, including process consulting, implementation, configuration, and managed services. The partnership will have a global reach, initially focusing on key industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Energy and Utilities.

 

This expanded alliance will create a global framework to automate and optimize technology service operations, activate environmental, social, and government (ESG) standards, enhance digital experiences for customers, employees, and businesses, and enable hyper-automation of enterprise resource planning (ERP). Additionally, it will bolster Wipro’s comprehensive portfolio of cloud capabilities offered through Wipro FullStride Cloud.
