ServiceNow Opens Cutting-Edge Innovation Centre in Hyderabad, India to Propel Digital Transformation

ServiceNow, the leading digital workflow company, has announced the opening of its new Innovation Centre in Hyderabad, India. The centre will serve as a digital incubation hub for Indian enterprises to model, demonstrate, and stress-test their digital roadmaps, such as GenAI, hyperautomation, and low code apps, in order to enhance the customer and employee experience. With nine purpose-built rooms, the Innovation Centre will assist companies in developing custom digital blueprints to scale their business strategies. Furthermore, the hub will facilitate on-demand training sessions with academia, customers, and partners who are committed to skilling Indian citizens.The opening ceremony was attended by Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Government of Telangana, who expressed his appreciation for ServiceNow’s commitment to augmenting Indian enterprises and building digital expertise. The Innovation Centre not only brings opportunities to the state and its people but also enhances Hyderabad’s reputation as a leading technology hub.
