ServiceNow Opens Cutting-Edge Innovation Centre in Hyderabad, India to Propel Digital Transformation

ServiceNow, the leading digital workflow company, has announced the opening of its new Innovation Centre in Hyderabad, India. The centre will serve as a digital incubation hub for Indian enterprises to model, demonstrate, and stress-test their digital roadmaps, such as GenAI, hyperautomation, and low code apps, in order to enhance the customer and employee experience. With nine purpose-built rooms, the Innovation Centre will assist companies in developing custom digital blueprints to scale their business strategies. Furthermore, the hub will facilitate on-demand training sessions with academia, customers, and partners who are committed to skilling Indian citizens.The opening ceremony was attended by Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Government of Telangana, who expressed his appreciation for ServiceNow’s commitment to augmenting Indian enterprises and building digital expertise. The Innovation Centre not only brings opportunities to the state and its people but also enhances Hyderabad’s reputation as a leading technology hub. Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President & Managing Director, ServiceNow Indian Sub-Continent, highlighted the company’s aim to transform the way Indian enterprises build digital businesses by establishing the Innovation Centre in Hyderabad. This allows customers to directly engage with ServiceNow’s engineers and integrate emerging technologies tailored to their business strategies.

ServiceNow’s India Development Centre in Hyderabad plays a vital role in the company’s global biannual product development cycle. Indian enterprises are increasingly adopting ServiceNow solutions to address productivity challenges and build robust digital businesses. The company serves all top ten technology providers and most of the top five banks in India. Since the launch of two local data centres in 2022, ServiceNow has seen rapid growth in the public sector.

The establishment of the new Innovation Centre will serve as a collaborative briefing centre, enabling customers to understand the value that ServiceNow can bring to organizations. ServiceNow’s global RiseUp program has partnered with ten academic and government institutions in India, committing to train over 5,500 students in digital skills. The program is actively seeking additional educational partners to further expand its reach and train more individuals.
