Digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions provider Noventiq Holdings has inked a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This partnership seeks to bolster their existing relationship and provide enhanced support to clients in migrating and modernizing their IT workloads and data to the cloud while leveraging AWS’ extensive suite of innovative services.
As part of this collaboration, Noventiq plans to make significant investments in AWS expertise, expanding its AWS Global Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCOE). They will establish local centers to facilitate growth with a team of 500 certified specialists, offering a comprehensive range of services and solutions. Initially, Noventiq will expand its AWS offerings across India, Europe, and the Middle East, with further global expansion planned for all other Noventiq territories.
This collaboration builds upon the groundwork laid during a multi-year partnership between the two companies. In February 2022, Noventiq acquired Umbrella Infocare, an Indian-based firm specializing in AWS technologies. Umbrella Infocare, as an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, is known for its advanced services in AWS Managed Services, Migration, and DevOps. Their expertise was recognized with accolades like the AWS APJ Data & Analytics Partner of the Year award in 2022 and the AWS Consulting Partner of the Year India award in 2018. Now operating under the Noventiq brand, their combined offerings are available on Noventiq’s dedicated AWS platform.
Vittorio Sanvito, Director of Partner Development EMEA, AWS, expressed, “Noventiq shares our customer obsession, and through this collaboration, we will further help customers accelerate their innovation with AWS and provide them with the toolset to transform their business through the plethora of solutions AWS has to offer.”
Hervé Tessler, CEO of Noventiq, underlined the significance of the collaboration, stating, “AWS understands that true innovation begins by addressing customer needs and preferences, and many of our customers prefer AWS for cloud solutions. So, in response to their insights, we are deepening our commitment to this collaboration which is strategically important for Noventiq, hence the bold investments and ambitious aspirations we have set.”
Harvinder Gandhi, Group CIO of Orix Auto Infrastructure Services, a client of Noventiq, praised the collaboration. He highlighted the transformative impact of their cloud migration journey, where the Noventiq team’s expertise significantly improved performance, uptime, and security. The move to AWS also enhanced agility and cost control, ultimately accelerating innovation within the organization.
