Microsoft has introduced new partner benefits packages, catering to solution providers at various growth stages. The packages include access to Microsoft Sales Copilot, product licenses, Azure credits, and more. The three packages—Partner Launch Benefits, Partner Success Core Benefits, and Partner Success Expanded Benefits—aim to support partners’ growth, aligning with Microsoft’s focus on AI workloads. With availability starting in major markets, the packages are expected to expand to other locations by the end of March. The offerings cater to Microsoft’s extensive network of approximately 400,000 channel partners worldwide. The packages complement existing benefits and target different partner needs, such as product discovery, robust tools and support, and larger scaling.
Each package includes the Microsoft Sales Copilot tool, bringing generative AI to customer interactions. In addition to the benefits, Microsoft has announced changes to its Signature Cloud Support, limiting incidents to 50 per year starting July 1 for designated partners or those with gold and silver legacy benefits packages. The introduction of these packages follows the availability of Copilot for Microsoft 365 GenAI for solution providers in the Cloud Solution Provider program, making it more accessible to a broader customer base. Microsoft emphasizes continued investment in workshops and bootcamps around Copilot and AI offerings to support its partner ecosystem.
