Kyndryl Expands Collaboration with Google Cloud to Enhance Generative AI Solutions for Enterprises

Kyndryl, the world’s largest provider of IT infrastructure services, has announced an extended partnership with Google Cloud to develop responsible generative AI solutions and drive adoption among customers.

Kyndryl and Google Cloud have collaborated since 2021 to assist global businesses in leveraging Google Cloud’s advanced AI capabilities and reliable infrastructure. The expanded partnership aims to combine Google Cloud’s AI technologies, including Gemini, with Kyndryl’s expertise and managed services to create and implement generative AI solutions for clients. Key areas of focus include:

• AI and Data Foundation Advisory and Implementation Services: Kyndryl’s advisory and implementation services will help clients identify suitable generative AI use cases aligned with their business objectives.
• Cortex Framework for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Kyndryl will utilize the Google Cloud Cortex Framework to enhance productivity and innovation by leveraging customers’ ERP data on Google Cloud.
• LLMOps Framework for Generative AI Adoption: Kyndryl will introduce its LLMOps Framework to facilitate responsible and cost-effective generative AI solutions for Google Cloud customers.
• Enhanced Expertise Development: Kyndryl will expand its AI and data analytics skills base through training programs via the Google Cloud Academy for Kyndryl, ensuring expertise in Google Cloud generative AI technologies.

Nicolas Sekkaki, Kyndryl’s Global Applications, Data and AI Practice Leader, highlighted the company’s data services expertise and extensive experience in managing enterprise environments, emphasizing the ability to bring generative AI solutions from conception to production responsibly.

Yateendar Bollini, Director of Global Consulting Partnerships at Google Cloud, emphasized the potential of generative AI to streamline operations and enhance workforce productivity for large-scale organizations. He highlighted Kyndryl’s role in providing services expertise and solutions to drive business transformation with Gemini on Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure.

Kyndryl and Google Cloud have already collaborated on generative AI solutions for iHub Solutions, a Singapore-based smart warehouse and logistics provider, facilitating the launch of a generative AI pilot for customer service.
