Sophos has unveiled a new Partner Care program aimed at accelerating response times for its partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in need of assistance with administrative and operational tasks. This initiative is intended to enable partners to devote more time to sales activities and customer security by streamlining support processes.
Kendra Krause, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Small Business Sales at Sophos, emphasized the importance of minimizing administrative burdens for partners to focus on building customer relationships and driving business growth. Partner Care aims to reinforce Sophos’ commitment to providing partners with optimal revenue opportunities, tailored training, and advanced security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
The Partner Care program offers a centralized support system for tasks such as quoting, licensing queries, and navigating the partner portal, allowing partners to enhance productivity and profitability when working with small and mid-market organizations.
Sophos also announced enhancements to its partner program, including additional rewards for partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions, valid until March 31, 2024.
To bolster partners’ awareness of industry threats, Sophos provides real-time threat intelligence from its Sophos X-Ops unit, aiding partners in addressing customer concerns regarding ransomware, vulnerabilities, and other cyberattacks.
Furthermore, Sophos has integrated with Veeam to streamline technologies within customers’ environments, offering added value to its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.
