Dell Technologies is unveiling novel solutions aimed at aiding communications service providers (CSPs) in navigating network cloud and operational transformations, aiming to enhance efficiency and flexibility while upholding network reliability.

Leveraging its extensive experience in digital transformation and robust industry partnerships, Dell is introducing telecom solutions geared toward minimizing risk for CSPs during the deployment, operation, and support of disaggregated network cloud infrastructure.

According to Dennis Hoffman, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Telecom Systems Business at Dell Technologies, successful network cloud transformation necessitates not only the adoption of cloud infrastructure but also comprehensive considerations of the associated people, process, and technology aspects. One of the key offerings from Dell is the Telecom Infrastructure Automation Suite, a software solution designed to streamline the orchestration and lifecycle management of multi-vendor network cloud infrastructure. Built on open standards and APIs, this suite enables CSPs to deploy and manage infrastructure across distributed, multi-vendor environments efficiently.

The suite boasts several features, including declarative automation for accelerated configuration and provisioning, comprehensive telemetry for informed decision-making, and proactive support services tailored to customer requirements.

Additionally, Dell’s Telecom Infrastructure Block portfolio is expanding to support 5G core workloads at the edge, facilitating consistent cloud platform deployment across the network. These advancements are complemented by integrations with the Telecom Infrastructure Automation Suite, ensuring seamless infrastructure management and orchestration.

Globe Telecom is one of the partners leveraging Dell’s infrastructure solutions to enhance network cloud deployment efficiency. By partnering with Dell and utilizing Dell Telecom Infrastructure Blocks for Red Hat, Globe aims to streamline deployment, improve network operations efficiency, and expedite hardware and software compatibility validation.

The availability of these solutions is set for April and May 2024, with Dell Technologies Certification on Infrastructure Blocks already accessible globally.
