LTIMindtree Names Vipul Chandra as Chief Financial Officer

 LTIMindtree , a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, has appointed Vipul Chandra as its Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective April 25, 2024. Vinit Teredesai, who served as CFO since June 2020, will continue in the role until April 24, 2024, before pursuing other professional interests.

The Board of Directors expresses gratitude for Vinit’s contributions to the company, particularly his role in steering financial controls and governance, and his involvement in the successful merger of LTI and Mindtree.

Vipul brings nearly three decades of experience in Financial Markets, Risk Management, Banking Operations, and Treasury Management, having held senior positions at L&T and Citibank. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta.
