Allcargo Terminals has unveiled myCFS 2.0, an upgraded iteration of its myCFS digital platform and mobile app. This launch aligns with their commitment to enhancing customer convenience through digital technology. With 18 improved utility features, myCFS 2.0 offers faceless, contactless, and paperless services, catering to customer needs from anywhere. Approximately 67% of customer interactions and cargo clearance processes at the CFS are now digitalized with this new version.
Originally launched in April 2023, the myCFS portal and app by Allcargo Terminals serve as a comprehensive solution for hassle-free and contactless CFS services. The enhanced myCFS 2.0 is more user-friendly, providing features such as precise container nomination, real-time status updates, and online document submission for customs procedures, thus expediting clearance processes.
Suresh Kumar R, Managing Director of Allcargo Terminals Limited, emphasized the importance of adopting new-age tools and technology in the logistics sector, noting that myCFS 2.0 optimizes business processes and facilitates seamless cargo transportation. This advancement aims to reduce waiting times for CHA’s in CFS, aligning with the government’s ease of doing business initiatives and enhancing customer convenience.
Allcargo Terminals is also conducting training sessions for CHAs to ensure efficient utilization of the myCFS digital platform, aiming to streamline CFS operations and enhance operational and cost efficiency for customers.
