Presenting were five data-driven deep tech startups: NEMA AI, Zeron, Chaos Genius, Kensu, and Blockfenders, showcasing innovative solutions in data management, neuroscience, and AI-driven consumer insights. These ventures epitomize the trend of advancing data orchestration, optimization, and security in contemporary businesses.
Over the past year, Gen AI’s emergence has highlighted the potential for task automation and product innovation. NetApp’s AI-driven solutions, offering management simplicity across hybrid and multicloud environments, respond to the increasing demand for secure, high-performance data access.

Three out of five graduating women co-founded startups received mentorship through NetApp ExcellerateHER. Over seven years, NetApp has mentored a total of 77 startups, including 29 global and 18 women-led startups, with eight achieving successful exits.
Driven by a shared vision, the Excellerator ecosystem, comprising NetApp’s mentors, leaders, startups, and investors, has catalyzed significant advancements in deep tech. Alumni startups have collectively raised over $360 million, reflecting the program’s success.
Launched in 2017, the NetApp Excellerator Program ranks among India’s top five accelerator programs for corporate innovation. Its proof-of-concept model allows entrepreneurs to demonstrate solution efficacy in real-world scenarios.
Cohort 12 startups, including Chaos Genius, Kensu, and Blockfenders, have completed PoCs with NetApp. Chaos Genius’s intervention led to a 28% reduction in Snowflake expenses, delivering substantial operational efficiency benefits. Kensu’s AI-powered platform effectively addresses ActiveIQ Data Lake challenges, ensuring efficient data management.
