By harnessing Intel’s advanced technology, Airtel aims to enhance its AI capabilities using telecom data, ultimately enhancing customer experiences. This initiative aligns with Airtel’s commitment to leading technological innovation and exploring new revenue opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Intel, amidst heightened competition from Nvidia in the AI realm, launched the Intel Gaudi 3 accelerator to empower enterprise GenAI projects with performance, openness, and choice. Additionally, Intel introduced a range of scalable systems, next-gen products, and strategic partnerships to accelerate GenAI adoption. The Gaudi 3 AI accelerator boasts connectivity of “up to tens of thousands of accelerators” via Ethernet, providing four times more AI compute for BF16 and a 1.5-times increase in memory bandwidth compared to its predecessor. Intel anticipates significant advancements in AI training and inference for global enterprises aiming to implement GenAI at scale.
