Digital Connexion and DE-CIX Enhance Enterprise Digital Transformation in India with New Connectivity Solutions at Chennai Data Center

CHENNAI, India, May 22, 2024: Digital Connexion, a provider of scalable data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions, has partnered with DE-CIX India, the largest carrier and data center-neutral internet exchange operator in India, to offer internet peering and interconnection services to Indian enterprises. As part of this partnership, DE-CIX has established a new point-of-presence (PoP) at Digital Connexion’s MAA10 data center in Chennai.

This partnership benefits enterprises, cloud and content providers, and internet service providers (ISPs) in southern India. Companies hosted at MAA10 can now access enhanced high-speed interconnection capabilities, improved network performance, cloud connectivity, and internet peering services. DE-CIX’s presence at MAA10 also addresses low-latency edge requirements and ensures seamless content delivery, aiding enterprises in accelerating digital transformation and improving customer experiences.

DE-CIX’s multi-service interconnection platforms enable customers to connect with hundreds of local carriers, ISPs, and content providers without needing separate direct connections. With DE-CIX DirectCLOUD, Digital Connexion customers can access global cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud through a single point, reducing direct connection costs. Additionally, MAA10 customers will have access to Digital Realty’s PlatformDIGITAL®, a global data center platform.
