ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), a leading AI-driven business transformation platform, announced a strategic investment in inMorphis, a prominent ServiceNow partner in India. This investment by the ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures Program aims to enhance inMorphis’ market capabilities in India and the ASEAN regions, focusing on generative AI technologies and aligning with ServiceNow’s global RiseUp initiative to skill one million people.
As part of ServiceNow’s strategic growth efforts, the investment seeks to expand inMorphis’ reach and proficiency in emerging markets. The support from ServiceNow, alongside lead investor Capital Square Partners (CSP), will bolster inMorphis’ ability to deliver advanced solutions and address the digital transformation needs in these regions.
India is at a pivotal point in its digital transformation journey, being one of the fastest-digitizing economies globally. Various sectors such as financial services, logistics, job markets, and e-governance are expected to drive substantial growth. However, challenges like infrastructure gaps, legacy system integration, and a skilled talent shortage remain hurdles. The investment in inMorphis aims to tackle these challenges by leveraging ServiceNow’s platform and expertise.
Marion Ryan, VP of Global Partnerships and Channels APAC at ServiceNow, emphasized the importance of this investment: “inMorphis has shown exceptional capability in driving digital transformation using our platform. This investment underscores our commitment to innovation, enhancing Gen AI offerings, and accelerating enterprise value. Through our RiseUp campaign, we aim to create a skilled workforce with inMorphis, addressing the tech skill gap in the industry.”

This investment will accelerate our growth, helping us expand our delivery and sales footprint across India and beyond. We are committed to advancing the adoption of ServiceNow and implementing transformative solutions across various sectors.”
As part of the RiseUp initiative, inMorphis will train and deploy over 2,500 professionals with in-demand skills on the ServiceNow platform. This workforce will be equipped to lead significant digital transformation projects, addressing urgent customer needs effectively.
