Vertiv Introduces Next-Generation High-Performance Power Solutions for Small Offices and Network Edge in India

Mumbai, India [June 5, 2024] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has unveiled the Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT MT+ EX uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system, available in 1-3 kVA models. This system offers extended runtime capabilities and is tailored for high-performance power protection for network edge and small office environments. It is now available in India.

The Liebert® GXT MT+ EX features intelligent management features alongside online double conversion UPS protection, safeguarding against blackouts, brownouts, sags, surges, and noise interference. Its output power factor eliminates the need for system oversizing while maintaining consistent power levels. Remote monitoring is facilitated through RJ45 connection ports, enabling management of multiple UPS systems over the internet, with real-time dynamic graphs of UPS data and warning notifications through audible alarms, broadcast, and mobile alerts.

The UPS system boasts a robust 0.9 output power factor for efficient power utilization, supports higher operating temperatures, and incorporates features like an inbuilt Over Voltage Cut-Off Device (OVCD) for enhanced protection, wide input voltage range, and input power factor correction for optimized power efficiency. It also includes a 1A inbuilt charger for the standard backup model and a 6A charger for the extended backup model.

Furthermore, the Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT MT+ EX features a 4-stage, extendable charging design for optimized battery performance, adjustable battery charging, and multiple advanced communications and display options. Its ability to operate at higher temperatures and efficiencies contributes to reducing overall operating costs and carbon footprint.
