Delta ITN Establishes Smart Classes in Six States for Suvidha NGO under Tata Power CSR Program

The Delhi-NCR-based IT solutions company, Delta IT Network (DITN), has partnered with Suvidha NGO to set up smart classes and lab infrastructures in schools across six states as part of the Tata Power CSR program. Suvidha, a prominent non-profit organization in India since 2004, focuses on agriculture, water resources, rural development, sustainable natural resource management, climate change, education, health, and rural financial services.

Deepak Sharma, Head of Communication at Suvidha NGO, stated, “Under the Tata Power CSR program, Suvidha has commissioned smart classes and labs in these six states. We have partnered with Delta ITN for this significant initiative.” Delta ITN installed DeltaView, their innovative flat panel technology, which is at the forefront of smart classroom solutions in India. These interactive boards enhance teaching and engage students with vibrant visuals, promoting a dynamic and collaborative educational experience.

Delta ITN also provided green boards, HD cameras, and educational content for classes 1 to 12 in Zila Parishad schools across 30 locations in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh. Project Manager Pankaj Lamba mentioned that each location was set up within three months, including staff training for using the educational tools. All hardware is covered under warranty and will be maintained by Delta ITN.

The smart class facilities cater to students from classes 1 to 12, benefiting both boys and girls. The schools will deliver education using digital technology across these states.

The primary requirement for the program included 30 high-end interactive flat panels, each 65 inches, from DeltaView, integrated with other necessary products to complete the solution. Deepanshu Chauhan, CEO of DITN, stated, “The smart class solution is designed to offer ease, durability, and value for young students. With standard warranties and upgraded features, Delta ITN will manage and maintain the sites for three years.” DeltaView is central to each classroom, facilitating digital educational programs in the respective Zila Parishad schools.
