Mr. A. M. Naik Steps Down as Chairman of LTIMindtree, Mr. S. N. Subrahmanyan Appointed as Successor

Mr. A. M. Naik has announced his decision to step down as Chairman of LTIMindtree following the company’s 28th Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2024. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. S. N. Subrahmanyan, currently Vice-Chairman, to assume the role of Chairman effective June 27, 2024.

The Board commended Mr. Naik for his exceptional contributions, noting that under his leadership, the company saw significant growth in shareholder value. Known as AMN, Mr. Naik was the founding Chairman and a key figure in transforming LTIMindtree into a globally focused conglomerate, emphasizing technology, talent, and innovation.

Reflecting on his tenure, Mr. Naik expressed pride in LTIMindtree’s journey from its early days as L&T Infotech to its current status as an IT services giant. He expressed confidence that under Mr. Subrahmanyan’s leadership, the company would continue to achieve new heights.

Mr. Subrahmanyan, known as SNS, joined the Board of L&T Infotech on January 10, 2015, and became Vice Chairman on May 4, 2017. He played a crucial role in the acquisition of Mindtree in 2019 and the subsequent merger with L&T Infotech.

Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Subrahmanyan acknowledged Mr. Naik’s monumental efforts in building LTIMindtree and thanked the Board for their trust. He committed to upholding the company’s legacy of trust, customer focus, timely delivery, quality, people-centricity, and professionalism.
