Infosys (NSE, BSE, NYSE: INFY), a global leader in advanced digital services and consulting, has announced a broader strategic alliance with ServiceNow to advance end-to-end managed services. This collaboration will leverage the AI capabilities of the Now Platform alongside Infosys’s Enterprise Service Management Café (ESM Café) to drive enterprise business transformation.
Through this expanded partnership, Infosys will work to expedite the implementation of ServiceNow for enterprises like First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) by 30 to 40 percent, speeding up time-to-value. The initiative will deliver a full range of services, including licenses, and the deployment of Infosys ESM Café, an AI-driven plug-and-play solution within Infosys Cobalt— a suite of services, solutions, and platforms designed to accelerate cloud adoption. The Infosys ESM Café features over 70 applications, encompassing diverse modules and ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and sustainable digital solutions.
