Tech Data Expands Cisco Distribution Partnership in India

Tech Data, part of TD SYNNEX, has broadened its distribution alliance with Cisco in India. This expanded partnership aims to enhance digital transformation and drive growth within the Indian networking sector. By combining Cisco’s advanced technology solutions with Tech Data’s expertise, the collaboration will enable reseller partners to explore new opportunities in connectivity.

Cisco’s extensive technology portfolio includes innovations in networking, security, collaboration, cloud management, and more. Tech Data’s network of over 6,000 partners across 70 cities will help extend Cisco’s reach into various sectors, including telecom, government, finance, manufacturing, and small to medium businesses. Tech Data will also provide presales and technical support, along with access to its Center of Excellence and Solutions Factory, to help partners seize market opportunities.

Jaideep Malhotra, President of TD SYNNEX APJ, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded partnership, highlighting India as a significant growth market. He noted that the surge in cloud computing and generative AI necessitates high-speed, reliable connectivity, positioning Tech Data and Cisco to meet these demands and foster technological growth.

This expanded partnership between TD SYNNEX and Tech Data with Cisco now spans 62 countries, including Hong Kong, Vietnam, and India.
